Zorya-Mashproekt SE is leaded by Denys Gordiyenko

On 25 November 2019, Denys Gordiyenko took up the responsibilities of the Director General of Zorya-Mashproekt SE GTR&PC. A new leader was introduced to the enterprise’s employees by two officials from UkrOboronProm SC: Denys Kravchenko, Deputy Director General for Shipbuilding and Marine Equipment, and Vitaliy Pakhomov, Director of Human Resources Department.

Talking to the audience Mr. Gordiyenko highlighted the challenges that our employees would face with: increasing our share in the world’s markets, sale boosting, shortening of the cycle of development and launching of a new type of products, increasing the efficiency of manufacturing process, work conditions improving, and skilled workforce engaging.

“We have to pick up the pace because the market moves very swiftly. We have to improve the quality of decisions and boost their implementation. Our tasks for today are to seek out new opportunities and remove the inner and outer barriers that may hinder us”, said the Director General.

He also emphasized, “We have full support of UkrOboronProm State Concern, and every worker sees clearly the issues, aims, and challenges that we will face with.”

Mr. Gordiyenko built his career working for Sibelco Group – a global company involved in natural minerals processing. He promoted export sales, managed the commercial teams and was employed as Director General of Ukrainian subdivision. He spent three years working at the Company’s Headquarters in Belgium as a leader of HR team, and has subsequently dealt with a strategy development of a global business segment.
