The incoming inspection is improving at Zorya-Mashproekt

The enterprise proceeds with the technical upgrading of industrial laboratories. The cutting site of the laboratory of physical and mechanical tests has been equipped with the LECO’s machines to provide the perfect sampling.

The Zorya-Mashproekt’s laboratory carries out the quality control of incoming casting. The new equipment simplifies the samples preparation and speeds up the study procedure of the wide range of alloys supplied by the different manufacturers.

Nickel-, iron-, copper-, titanium-, and aluminum-base alloys are used for turbine manufacture. The LECO’s products offer the necessary operating modes for examination of a wide variety of casting characteristics.

The laboratory specialists guarantee the high quality of test data therefore it allows us to cooperate fruitfully with the suppliers which quantity is increasing currently due to the implementation of the system of electronic trade.
