Quality control system of SE “Zorya”-“Mashproekt” completely conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015

Recertification audit for quality control system compliance to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 took place at the enterprise. The audit was performed by international certification authority FE “SGS Ukraine”. At the conclusion of the audit SE “Zorya”-“Mashproekt” was awarded ISO 9001:2015 certificate of conformity.

The certificate covers the following activities: designing, developing, manufacturing, assembling and repairing gas turbine engines for ships and vessels, gas transportation systems and power industry.

The audit was aimed at evaluating conformity of the management system to the audit criteria. In the course of the audit no nonconformities were found. At the auditors’ conclusion the company management system has demonstrated the maturity level necessary for systematic conformity to the requirements to products and services.

Various processes and activities were subject to the audit: from designing and developing, production planning, choosing suppliers and product manufacturing to quality control and testing, promoting products on the markets, looking for customers and concluding contracts, to name but a few.

The auditors noted a number of positive observations. In particular, effectiveness of the work in entering new markets and promoting products, achievements in implementing new technologies, introducing new ways of working: category strategy of purchases, elements of electronic document flow, on-line audits, etc. The auditors found the work in training personnel active and well organized.
