Oleksiy Zhukovets has been appointed Director of SE “Zorya”-“Mashproekt”

Oleksiy Zhukovets has been appointed Director General of SE GTRPC “Zorya”-“Mashproekt”. He was introduced to the staff of the Enterprise on Monday, April 19, 2021.

Mr. Zhukovets emphasized that special attention would be given to improvement of production processes efficiency, production cycle optimization, and also to working conditions improvement, attraction of financial and human capital for the Enterprise development.

“The national machine-building industry has a great human, scientific, and technical potential. I see my mission in augmenting the said capital and putting it into practice for the benefit of Ukraine’s defence capacity and competitiveness. I am confident that my experience and desire to develop the industry coupled with the potential of “Zorya”-“Mashproekt” will help to strengthen the Enterprise’s position in the domestic market and to increase cooperation with foreign customers”, commented Mr. Zhukovets on his appointment.

Oleksiy Zhukovets has considerable experience in managerial positions in the field of machine building and establishing of production from scratch. In particular, he created an enterprise on the basis of ZAO “Makiivka Pipe-Casting Plant” manufacturing complex, which had not functioned before.

His previous place of employ is Zhytomyr Armored Plant, which is also a part of the SC “Ukroboronprom”. Under his leadership, the plant successfully fulfilled the State Defence Order for the year 2020 and increased the production output.
