Oleksiy Zhukovets has been appointed Director General of SE GTRPC “Zorya”-“Mashproekt”. He was introduced to the staff of the Enterprise on Monday, April 19, 2021.

Recertification audit for quality control system compliance to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 took place at the enterprise. The audit was performed by international certification authority FE “SGS Ukraine”. At the conclusion of the audit SE “Zorya”-“Mashproekt” was awarded ISO 9001:2015 certificate of conformity.

ДН80 engine from “Romnenska” compressor station overhauled at the enterprise in accordance with the agreement with Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine became a pilot engine equipped with a set of combustion liners with a new thermal protective coating.

On 14-15 January, Mr. Azamat BITURIN, General Director of "Zapadno-Kazakhstanskaia Mashinostroitelnaia Kompaniia” and Mr. Dauren SISENOV, General Director of "Investitsionnaja Kompanija "Gidromash-Orion" paid a visit to SE “Zorya”-“Mashproekt”.

During the year 2021, SE “Zorya”-“Mashproekt” plans on adopting new grades of heat-resisting alloys for serial production of gas turbine engines. Through the use of new promising materials the engines service life will be extended by 1.5 times.

On December 29, SE “Zorya”-“Mashproekt” signed the contracts with Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine LLC for overhaul and maintenance of gas turbine engines operated at several compressor stations. A total of 9 gas turbine engines of different power will be overhauled under the terms of the contracts. The total amount of contracts is about UAH 370 million.

On 22 December, SE “Zorya”-“Mashproekt” and JSC "Odessa Port Plant” signed a Contract for the manufacturing of gas turbine equipment. The Contract value exceeds 130 million UAH. The Enterprise will supply the Customer the equipment for updating the ammonia transfer pump unit. The launching of the updated unit is scheduled for 2021.

Zorya-Mashproekt and Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding (Mykolaiv) have concluded an agreement on cooperation. The parties have agreed to carry out scientific and technical cooperation aimed at enhancing reliability and operating life of gas turbine engines.

On November 10-12, at the XVIII International Specialized Exhibition "Power Engineering for Industry" (Kyiv, International Exhibition Centre) the State Enterprise “Research & Production Complex of Gas Turbine Industry "Zorya"-"Mashproekt" will introduce its developments in the energy field and proposals for the construction of flexible generation facilities in Ukraine.

Under the terms of contracts, a total of 11 GTEs of various outputs will be overhauled.
